Went through the drive through, placed my order, used reward points (500). They took the points off and then preceded to tell me I couldn?t use my points for what I ordered. Would not refund my points. Will never go there again!
The big plus for this Dunkin is as soon as they open the window you smell the sausage and the bagels.
Kiran and his entire staff are very friendly and always happy to serve. I am glad they opened this location in Palmyra. Give them a try and tell them Shaheddah sent you.
I always get Dunkin and luckily I caught this one off my map during a day trip with the hubby. I love where it's located lol! Anyway, the girl was by herself so y'all need to realize it's hectic as is so stop being so petty. My God, the comments on someof these get me. Girl if you're reading this you did a fantastic job!! BTW, my coffee was perfect!! This Dunkin has dual drivethru lanes also with double ordering screens. Most I've seen don't have this but one thing is, imagine having to work around anI-beam at the window. Wonder how many orders and scars that will cause??
The lady at the window is very miserable. Not just having a bad day, this is the third time with the attitude. Asked her to put whipped cream on my latte, she huffed and puffed ?told her never mind she stated she wasn’t going to do it anyway? never received a straw. Would not dare to ask. Will drive to another one before stopping there again!! She really should be back making the food and not dealing with customers.
