Asked her to put whipped cream on my latte, she huffed and puffed ?told her never mind she stated she wasn’t going to do it anyway? never received a straw. Would not dare to ask. Will drive to another one before stopping there again!! She really should be back making the food and not dealing with customers.

However, the lady taking orders (who I believe is the manager) is impatient, hurries customers as they order, and can be quite rude. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. Today will be my last visit to that location!

They took the points off and then preceded to tell me I couldn?t use my points for what I ordered. Would not refund my points. Will never go there again!
