Sizable, indoors with wooden furniture and extremely efficient young girl attendants doing all the work and a mature gentleman with an eternal smile doing the da capo business and happy clientele. When compared to fine eateries of fish in the Mediterranean East, it was not a great offer. The chief knows it all and somehow knows how to convince you with charm and assurance but the end result is debatable. The St Pierre or John Dory (Australia's prime choice) was the event which was well presented in its outmost simplucity filletised. Wine was as in Calabria interestingly caramelised and the green salad reminded us of food in a dieat farm. The smali of the waitresses who carried all the work was starlit.

This was a recommendation of the family who owned the Villa we rented. They were absolutely right! This restaurant is made for people living there, so you will not face the typical tourist trap features . You will find natural people instead, local guests and friendly staff and moreover an impressing variety of freshest fish and seafood, professionally cooked, roasted, grilled or whatever makes sense and you like. Have some white wine according to the recommendation of the staff, and you will enjoy a splendid supper (with television in background and rumorous Italians around, so authentic atmosphere!!! .

We requested a menu and were told there is no menu. ?? We ordered the house antipasto which was all fish and most of it was ok. My husband ordered a grilled fish and I ordered the mussels. My husbands grilled whole fish had been served cleaned and all flaked, looked more like a mess of a seafood salad than a whole fish. My mussels came only after reminding them 3 times that I didn 't have my main course. Very disorganized and slow! Our real shock came when we got the bill and my husbands fish was 50 euros. They said it was some special kind of expensive fish , Mupa or something like that. The total bill for 2 came to 100 euros. With no menu and no way to know what they are giving you it 's easy to be mislead and overcharged. An explanation of the costs in advance would be much more eithical. Would advise the diner to beware and stay away!!

Fresh, tasty and high quality food, but rather small portions, especially as regards the second courses and the fries which will have been around ten. No side dish is included in the second course, which must be ordered separately. The swordfish and eggplant pasta we had instead was a pretty decent portion, seasoned very well and plenty of it, but if we were hungry, we would still have left over. Note of credit for the bread which is very good. The dishes were served with a lot of time apart from each other and in a rather random way. Normal prices.

First of all, I recommend coming to this place, very kind managers, splendid location, then you can choose everything, because everything is good! I love appetizers but also first courses, such as shrimp and pistachios. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
