Highly recommended and delicious restaurant, with fantastic food, impeccable cleanliness, and friendly service.

My family and I decided to order from this restaurant because it was previously family-owned and had high standards. However, since new management took over, the quality of food and service has declined significantly. I ordered a dish with barbacoa, eggs, potatoes, beans, and a cup of menudo, and I was extremely disappointed. The barbacoa tasted old, the potatoes were hard, and the beans were watery. The only fresh item on my plate was the egg, likely because it had to be prepared to order. My children shared another dish with pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The pancakes and eggs were decent, but the bacon was terrible. My wife ordered chilaquiles, which were also just okay. As a food critic, I have never experienced such poor quality food. I expected better from this place. Ultimately, I returned my plate and got a refund. The bacon was particularly bad, as shown in the picture below. The molcas bacon was better than the strips bacon. Overall, I urge this restaurant to return to its previous high standards.
