Uai Brazil - Palmerton

We always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant whenever family visits.

The service was excellent, with staff being very attentive. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. The salad bar was small and offered limited options, though the cold items were decent. The potatoes were served cold, and the rice and beans were only lukewarm at best, while the plantains were dried out. Although there was plenty of meat, it was quite disappointing. The sausage, bacon-wrapped chicken, and pork were all over-smoked, leaving a strong metallic aftertaste. I understand that BBQ can be challenging to get right, but this was excessively so. The beef was acceptable—neither great nor terrible—but overall, I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Sadly, I share the sentiments of others who have reviewed it; it was quite disappointing, and now everyone in our group is feeling unwell.

The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I definitely plan to return.

Went there on a Thursday evening. Very few diners. Expected limited meat offerings, but staff accommodated every request and offered unlimited sides. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. Will definitely return soon!
