Had a great experience visiting this date and busters, it was not very busy. The food did take a long time to come out and not made to order. So that was a bummer, but besides that, the atmosphere was great. What Disappointed doesn't like about Dave Buster's Whitehall:
I booked on open table but the greeter told me to wait in line with everyone else. The line wasn’t moving so I eventually went to the host stand and they sat us. We waited an hour for our food and our appetizer never came. The people next to us ordered before we did and still hadn’t been served all of their food when we left. I felt bad for them. It was crazy busy, but the staff at Dave and Buster's kept everything together, especially the managers.
As a group we were very pleased with our service, food and atmosphere the staff was very good and professional. My granddaughter had an awesome time at her little birthday party. Thanks for making her day memorable
Had a great time with my family just wush you would know before hand that the 15 they give is taken off what u buy
We waited 15 minutes before having to ask someone to bring us some water. After that, a random worker came over to take our order because our server was too busy but we saw him helping every other table around us. Then we only got half of our food and when our server came to check on us the one time he did, he asked if we needed boxes before we even had all of our food. Horrible experience and will never go back. Staff is terrible and food isn’t much better
I was very impressed with the speed of service and how quickly we were seated on a Saturday night. The food was good and we didn't have to wait too long to play in the arcade.
