What User doesn't like about Red Rooster Palmerston:
Ordered a bacon and cheese ripper and ten cheesy nuggets at drive through and paid for that. What I got was plain ripper and six plain nuggets. Not a huge fan of being ripped off. View all feedback.
The fried chicken stall is terrible. The only other time I had fried chicken was so dry and half burned when I had cooked it. The offers all taste strange with a light fish aftertaste. I suppose they use the oil from the fish boil. Maybe we have it on a strange day, because if the standard is, we won't be back.
I ordered loaded chips to eat in and wasn't given a fork. Waited at the counter where multiple people looked at me without asking if they could help. Was finally served and my meal was delicious. Staff just need some customer service training.
Small to medium sized chicken , glad I wasn 't intending on sharing the meal , then was delivered by a 3rd party which is another low star rating
Hi there! Your store in Chun Wah Tce in Palmerston in NT always creates new milestone in disappointing your customers. I went in there today to grab fried chicken and red burgers, the team there wasn’t even sure if they sell fried chicken or not. So after some confusion they charged me for 12 pcs fried chicken and 2 red burgers. After a while, the lady who seems to be a shift manager came out and said we are not serving fried chicken and the sign was placed on the door. However I walked in from the other door where there was no sign. It’s just a waste of time going to that store… horrible service and the team has no clue what they are doing and what they are selling…. BIG NO for next time
As a repeat customer I was extremely shocked with the rude customer service tonight at this store. I ordered $60+ worth of food in drive through and 1 of those meals was a Tropicana Pack. At the window the server proceeded to go through my order and I corrected her as I ordered chicken tenders but she said that I had nuggets in my order, she pressed a few buttons on the screen and assumed that she corrected my order. I paid for the meals and I didnt have to wait too long for my food. I collected my bag and proceeded to their carpark to check my meal and found that I was missing my Tropicana pack. I tried to go through the door but it was locked and no was at the counter, knocked on the door and was greeted with a not so happy looking staff member who said yes? I explained that I was missing my Tropicana pack and I got a reply of we dont have any chicken, didnt they tell you when you ordered? I replied no I was not made aware of this but I was still charged for it. She then repeat we dont have any chicken then I was rudely ushered in and have the door locked behind me with 2 customers trying to pick up food left to wait outside. She then informs the crew at the back about the said Tropicana pack and another staff member goes off!! Acting very aggressive and shouts right we need a Tropicana pack. It didnt take long for one to appear and the staff member says there you go. Not even an apology for the mix up. You have just lost this customers repeat service and money!!!
