Never had any major problems here but tonight it was a bit much. We ordered $40 worth of food from which they delivered to the wrong address more than a mile down the street. I could see that from the tracking feature in the app they were quite a waysdown the street when suddenly it claimed delivered. What James R doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I will NEVER EVER call Dominos again!!!! First off…I think their food is discussing. Then they deliver it to the wrong house and when we call the manager he tells us the driver will call us. The driver told my wife where she left it and asked my wife to go to someone else’s home and get our order. REALLY…….This is how they operate! I’ve never heard such a thing. View all feedback.

My Wife placed an order over the phone. The guy who took the order did not take our phone number, and took the address down completely wrong. It took a little over an hour, and we called to see where the food was. Instead of being apologetic, they answered asking for more money for the chicken wings they forgot to charge for. I ended up asking for the supervisor James and he answered the phone very rude and also unapologetic. He said I dont see what the problem is the order is leaving now which after an hour an a half is not a helpful statement coming from the supervisor. I explained we should be getting a discount or something free, because by the time we get the order it was pushing two hours. He seemed very bothered he had to give us some type of discount back for their mistake, and I told him he should train his associates better and to take a phone number and read back the address to customers (common sense). The driver finally showed up about two hours after the order was placed, high and looking for a tip. THE PIZZA ARRIVED COLD AND NOT EVEN SLICED... I am speaking with corporate office about this order, and we will never give this dominos another cent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
