When we asked for our food so we could leave, along with a copy of the receipt, the girl at the front was apologetic and tried to provide a copy but couldn’t ge... read more When we asked for our food so we could leave, along with a copy of the receipt, the girl at the front was apologetic and tried to provide a copy but couldn’t get the system to print one, and she hadn’t given us one initially. She then sought assistance from a girl in the kitchen, who came up with a bad attitude and was reluctant to provide us with a receipt—likely because we had now waited 43 minutes for our food, and the receipt would have confirmed the delay. Although our order was supposed to be for dining in, we chose to take it to go since we had waited almost an hour. Unfortunately, both orders of wings were burnt and had crispy bits all over them, and one order of French fries was already cold. The food and service were truly disappointing on this occasion. We are submitting a complaint through the website.

I ordered 30pc family split . 2 drinks and a bottle of water. Total 67.43 I ask for a water cup however the lady wanted to charge a 3 dollar 39 cents for a water cup. Why be so stingy over a cup. Never coming back
