Waffle Kitchen - Palmdale
Waffle Kitchen
Description
This neighborhood brunch spot offers standout plates—sourdough pastrami, a bacon‑avocado burger and chicken‑and‑waffles variations earn praise—but experiences are inconsistent. Diners cite wrong or delayed orders, overcooked eggs, small portions and occasional poor cleanliness. Service ranges from attentive to brusque and billing glitches (including added charges) have been reported. Worth trying for specific favorites, but expect variability and verify your bill.

We had Fis and Fish Chips and got no ketchup , Salad Dressing or utensils. The Fish looks and tastes like frozen patties. Will not buy again.
I ordered the Belgian waffles for breakfast, and unfortunately, the waffles were quite bitter and not enjoyable. The hash browns were cold in the middle, and the sausage had an unpleasant taste. It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was surprised by how empty it was; now I understand why. Hopefully, lunch is better! Food rating: 1/5.
Eventually, we were seated, and our waitress was pleasant enough. We placed our orders, but it took a long time for our food to arrive. When it finally did, I regret to say it was disappointing. Everything was off— the eggs, bacon, pancakes— all had either a strange taste or were just flavorless. Even the coffee didn't taste right, and that’s hard to mess up. To top it off, our waitress had to provide us with plastic utensils because there was no clean silverware available, which suggested they were understaffed. I understand that things can get hectic, and while I wouldn't have minded the wait, the quality of the food was just unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
