Came in to get my regular. After I handed the cashier my money, she pulled the change out and tossed it into my hand. She also never asked me my name. I thought, okay maybe they aren 't taking names today yet she asked the person behind me their name and the other baristas were calling out names so obviously they were taking names today. Grabbed a matcha latte, they got my order out to me in a timely manner and were very pleasant!

I just had a horrible experience at this Starbucks, never in my life have I ever seen or complained about a food worker pushing the trash down with BOTH of her hands proceed to wipe her hands with a sanitizing cloth. Calling it acceptable for her not washing her hands before handing me a small cup of an extra shot of caffeine. I took three sips out of my drink before deciding to post this, I didn 't take the shot I told her to just toss it out since it can get someone sick after what she had just done. Her and her co workers were chuckling at her poor actions. She didn 't wear any gloves or use tongs (which were next to her) to put my cake pop in a paper bag. She used her bare hands. She also made my drink before I noticed what she had done with the shot. I started to feel really bad stomach pain since then. I got sick after drinking it. She didn 't give me a receipt and said her name was Kenzie, I believe she might have been lying about her name. Either way, I want the store manager of this establishment to reach out to me and refund my . Also teach your staff to make better logical hygiene choices. They 're out here getting people sick and not even being able to enjoy anything from there. Wasting time and for no reason, thanks to having untrained staff on the most reasoned responsibility.

Espresso machine was down for weeks. No sense of urgency by the employees to get it fixed.
