Picked up a online grocery order with family. Came to the designated parking spots located on the south side of the building. Not too crowded on a Wednesday evening. After arriving staff was prompt to come out and load the groceries into the car. Friendly helpful service. A wonderful addition to help the community and ease the chore of grocery shopping. What Monica Southcott doesn't like about Sam's Club Cafe:
The worst customer service of your life. I have tried calling calling, they barley answer. When you’re there they are always so rude, I get told one thing then another constantly. I have been a loyal customer because of how good thee pizza is but I keep having the worst experiences with these people I refuse to give them my business anymore. My last straw was calling and calling for 20 minutes just for the call to ha... View all feedback.
Worked here for about 2 months in the lot. Management is fucking ****. Seemed like employees ran the store and the little MSL bitches In the front are a different kind of unless and pain in the ass. AS A FORMER ASSOCIATE just go to Costco bro. You 'll be able to get your pizza and **** without waiting in a 40min line, you 'll also be assisted quite quickly as they are not understaffed. Also good luck try to park or get a cart lmao! Those lot workers are LAZY AS FUCKK. Literally worked myself to going to the hospital on shift and said ya know what **** this **** for those who are disabled I 'm genuinely sorry if you thought it is was a good idea to shop at this location. We would never have available E carts and if me and a certain coworker weren 't on shift seemed like carryouts had to be done by the Member specialists. Also why don 't you sign up for their credit card? You 'll get 30$!!!! Or upgrade your membership to get 0 benefits at all!! Since that 's all it seemed our associates inside focused on. I could keep you but at this point I 'm just bitchin hahahaha **** sams tho
I am normally not offended very easy. But this had my blood boiling I was at the location in the food court area, ordering three hotdogs and a pizza. After I receive my hotdogs, I ask for ketchup, mustard, and relish. When my auntie and Wife asked me about some onions, I return to the counter to request some. After observing my Spanish brother in front of me, receive a few packets, I was told that there were no more for the shift. I stood there for a moment, looking at the employee by the name of Jackie, as if she's joking Apparently she wasn't and walked off after telling me that that's all the onions they have for this shift. Robert from the meat department seemed as if he was ready to go and look for some, but Jackie put a stop to that in the process. As I was returning to the table. I turned around and she was passing out onions to my Spanish brothers at this point I returned to the counter to verify if I seen what I thought was to be onions and it was. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that a manager is not available. I went to the employee sign in area and found a supervisor by the name of Cynthia who tried to help me. I requested to see the store manager which finally met me in the food court name Robert, and after explaining to him, I felt like that was total discrimination. I asked for the corporate number, and I also asked for an apology from the employee which he refused to deal with at the time. He did not take my number nor any of my contact information to let me know how this pans out . I asked for the corporate number and the store number which he gave me a number to Walmart. I called Walmart and they sent me to Sam's Club customer service. Just curious why I will receive a number that had nothing to do with this location. I am not a Sam's Club member anymore and will never return to this location.
I came into sams club, because I always shop here. I was approached by the at&t sales reps and one of them quoted me for some good pricing, but now that my bill is here.. it's horrible and I can't get out of this. He was the absolute worst trying to resort my issues and nothing has been resolved it's been months. He constantly ignores me and constantly never replies. He avoids me and avoids confrontation. If someone wasn't ashamed and did their job right, why hide? I just want the deal I was FIRST told about instead of getting screwed over in the end. Do not go to him. His name is Matthew Lyons. He is the worst. This is him. Avoid him at ALL cost!!!
I came here to shop for groceries and there was a guy that looks just like fluffy he works for AT&T inside the kiosk of Sam's club hes so moral baby hes so nice his customer service is great he made me change from T-Mobile and explain to me what is going on with my plan with T-Mobile and with the service is why I'm getting weaker service with them I changed to AT&T and I won't regret it being with them thanks to you fluffy I change to a AT&T I'm a recommend more customers to you
Place is clean and organized. Prices are really good yesterday I bought a huge watermelon for the same price as a tiny one at a close by grocery store. The line to leave is usually way to long. Yesterday the line to leave was all the way to the food counter when I got in it. And takes forever at member services, almost alwayd a 45 minute hour visit. I don't understand why there's 5 kiosks at member services and only two people working the counter. Very few times have I ever been to members services and received service in under 30 minutes. And those times were usually if I was the only person in line by magical happenstance. I also take full advantage of the scan and go because lines to check out also tend to be long. Especially the line for food. The ability to order food from the app and walk up has been a game changer for our visits. Clothing section is also really nice.
