I much prefer going to the Lancaster location, where the staff are much nicer and friendlier than here.

The gentleman... read more I absolutely adore this place! I even wrote a review on Yelp. The organization was outstanding! The staff were energetic and incredibly friendly. The gentleman at the register, who I believe was named Alejandro and wearing a black sweater, was very polite. The three ladies working the line—Dee, Kayla, and Jenny, who was pouring my drink—were also wonderful. This was my first visit to Jamba Juice, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone was wearing gloves and masks and maintaining a safe six feet apart. The manager, I think it was her, was actively checking in to see if the team needed assistance, ensuring everything remained organized and clean. I will definitely make this one of my favorite spots. When I realized it after opening it before leaving, they informed me that I couldn't exchange it for the correct bowl since I had already opened the wrong one. This policy is ridiculous.
