Cold Stone Creamery - Palmdale

I just can't grasp the excitement surrounding this place! I'm consistently let down. I've visited several locations, and the toppings always seem stale or off. I never leave a 31 feeling disappointed or unsatisfied.

I absolutely adore this charming ice cream shop! They make the best frozen bananas, and I can't resist the candy and caramel apples. I'm also a huge fan of their mud pie mojo. Mmm, so delicious!

I visited Coldstone today and received excellent service from Jaki, who was very kind to me! We need more people like her around here!

We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and ordered ice cream, sitting down to enjoy it. Almost finished, Isabelle informed us that they were closing. Then, Jason, who later claimed his name was Jack, told us they were closed and essentially asked us to leave. We exited at 10:03 PM, feeling embarrassed and confused, especially since we had left a $10 tip on a $30 bill. I called the restaurant to voice my concerns about the treatment we received, and Jason told me he was the day and night manager and that his real name was Jack. We won’t be returning.

Just look at how happy the kids are! The German chocolate cake ice cream is absolutely amazing. Oh my goodness!
