This place is truly a gem in Pinellas County. Ralph was our server, and the service was impeccable. Every dish we tried was delicious and came out at just the right time. One person in our group wasn't satisfied with their meal, and the staff quickly provided an alternative that they loved. I would highly recommend this restaurant—10 out of 10!
Michelle and Taylor we're awesome!! The ribeye and Colorado lamb chops superb and the vino was a great touch!! Thank you Packards for an exquisite evening!
Filet and dessert were ok but nothing to go out of your way for, good if staying in the area. Server was completely disinterested. Typically at a nice steakhouse servers enhance the experience but this was the opposite, we left the restaurant talking about how bad the service was from start to finish and that shouldn’t be the case after an $800 tab. I’d go to every other restaurant at Innisbrook over Packards, hard pass next time.
Food was excellent!! The only negative, the sides did not come out until we were 75% completed with our main course. Will go again.
