Outback Steakhouse - Feedback

What Joseph (Rockstar) likes about Outback Steakhouse:
The last few times the ribeye has been cooked to a perfect mid-rare on the flame grill upon my request. Very good every time. The potato is always a winner too with the salted skin and loaded toppings, just wish the cheese was freshly shredded versus the bagged stuff. I coerced my husband away from our weekly trip to Longhorn Steakhouse so I could get the steak and lobster deal. It was sirloin and lobster tail for $19.99. The sirloin was actually really good. I gave up on sirloin years ago, so I was surprised. The lobster was cooked right, but it had to be a shorty. It was 4 bites. Soup a little cold. Broccoli was a little brown from being old.
