What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
if I were 0. sa on the intercom for 15 minutes. while they are accustomed from the whole other side(2) autos. with a line behind me. of (5) and still make sure that it was unattended for 5 min while the other line had been treated. at this point I go in and tell them I have money and you said you should use the kiosk or go. My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I visited twice in the last couple of months after 8 pm, and both times I waited for 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker without any acknowledgment. To make matters worse, I saw the employee working the drive-thru come out in his apron and headset to take out the garbage. I couldn't believe it took him 10 minutes to finally acknowledge my presence. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
The manager and staff at this restaurant truly adore it. The ambiance and service are very nice. Life is good.
Unfortunately it took a very long time tonight and the fries were stale. They were luke warm when I got them. The guy at the drive through apologized as soon as I pulled up to the drive through section to place my order. I asked why he apologized and said Um hold on"I guess its been tough to find good help.
For $15.00 per hour, the food should be imaginable and hot.
