My partner and I visited Bstow in palm beach last night and it was absolutely lovely. We loved the setting; just a little bit industrial with cool rustic touches. The food was amazing and so lively. We especially loved their take on beef tartare. We noticed this reinvention of the classics in their drink menu too. The cocktail list is epic with lots of innovative signature cocktails but with really solid interpretations of classics. We loved that many of their descriptions had a reference to the drinks origins. So interesting! Our server was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting on the window and watching the people go by. We will have to go back soon when we are a little hungrier as everything else on the menu looks so good!
Great food, great staff, really cool place with a good vibe...recommend this place, one of the best in Palm Beach...the eggplant chips are to die for ... well done Bstow
