I am very surprised how this place was able to get 4.3 rating. We were there for Saturday lunch. The place is absolutely awful, we ordered porterhouse, their flo steak and mac-n -cheese. The meat had no taste, there was no juice and it truly was the worst mac and cheese I've ever had in my life. It reminds Macdonalds, but more expensive. Never coming back View all feedback.
Kevin delivered outstanding service and the Outlaw Ribeye was cooked to perfection. My wife also loved her ribeye and it satisfied her sweet tooth.
Devinne is an exceptional bartender! The best Brussel sprouts I've ever had. You must try the Parmesan crusted chicken and Chancellor beer with the chicken cox. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10. I've also heard that the steak is excellent.

The food, delicious as always. The resturant was understaffed. We went for lunch. The atmosphere was great as always.
I had the pleasure of visiting Longhorn Steakhouse in Alton Town Center, and I must say, Eric, the bartender, made my experience truly exceptional! From the moment I sat down at the bar, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm for mixology.Eric's expertise in crafting cocktails was evident in every drink he prepared for me. He took the time to inquire about my preferences, and his recommendations were spot-on. Each sip was a delightful journey of flavors that perfectly complemented my meal.Beyond his bartending skills, Eric's attentiveness and friendly demeanor stood out. He engaged in pleasant conversation, making me feel like a valued guest. Even during busy moments, he managed to provide top-notch service without compromising on quality.It's clear that Eric is passionate about his craft, and his dedication to customer satisfaction shines through in every interaction. I highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse, and if you have the chance, be sure to visit when Eric is behind the bar. You won't be disappointed! This has been one of my best dining experiences, thanks to Eric's exceptional bartending skills and fantastic hospitality. Five stars all the way!
