Taco Bell - Palestine

Depends on which time you go. If it’s during the day, service and food is generally good and prepped in a timely manner, even when the lunch hour hits, if you wait til the kids take over after school….its a bit different. As a whole, they’re on the verge of their 4th star.

We wanted to try the new chicken that just came out, so we went through the drive-thru. We placed our order and drove up to the window. The ladies working the drive-thru weren't really very friendly. Maybe they were having a bad night? The food, however, was mediocre at best. The new chicken in my soft taco was good. I would order the chicken again, but I think it would be better in the quesadilla. Our burritos were just pathetic...sad really. They were as flat as my soft taco! I know Taco Bell isn't a gourmet establishment, but what happened to quality control? We get the exact same burritos at the Taco Bell in Crockett and they are MUCH better. Made me mad that I wasted money at this location.

Ever since covid and they brought back the Mexican pizza it’s just not the same. Quality sucks. And mine was cold and was ready way too quick !

I should have ordered the crunchy taco... friendly staffParking: not acceptable after going through the drive thru needed to to get organized before getting back on the road.
