Switch Brick-oven Pizza Wine

Switch is my preferred spot for business meals in Palestine. They have an excellent selection of wines, the food is always delicious, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. When I have returning guests, they often say, "Let's go to Switch." I recommend the dishes called The Beginning and The End, and I've also enjoyed their pasta options. I did try the Margherita pizza, but I found it to be just average. Parking can be a bit challenging if you're in a large truck, so I suggest heading to the lot located up the hill in the back right corner.

A few days ago, they were extremely busy with only three employees working, but despite that, all the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc on the menu! My husband ordered the truffle carbonara, while I opted for the pear, gorgonzola, and walnut salad since we were having lunch and I wanted something light. The children enjoyed their pizza as well. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Switch Brick never disappoints! We started with the garlic bread and truffle fries, which were amazing! The sangria was incredibly refreshing. Today we tried the meatball pizza, and it was delicious! The tiramisu was the perfect way to finish off our meal—so tasty! Adam, our server, was friendly, polite, and attentive. I took some pictures, but everything was served so quickly that I didn’t have time to snap them!

This place is really awesome! The service is excellent, and our server was a friendly guy who made sure everything was perfect. We ordered a pizza and pasta, and both dishes were delicious. We also enjoyed some beer and red wine, which were both fantastic. I would definitely come back!
