Carlos and his team are fantastic... read more During my recent trip to Texas, I had the chance to visit four BBQ spots, and none of the other three could compare to Rump's. Carlos and his team are fantastic, and the ribeye is expertly hand-cut and grilled to perfection. The turkey breast is also exceptional. If you're near Palestine, this is a restaurant you absolutely must visit! Food rating: 5/5.
