I also called ahead and was informed that I had to come in to place my order. I ordered a sweet tea and a gallon of sweet tea, but it was clear that the tea hadn't been changed all day; it tasted awful, like straight dirt. This KFC in Palestine, TX, has consistently been disappointing for quite some time.

The biscuits were practically rocks, and the only thing that was somewhat decent was the mac and cheese. Overall, it felt like a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend going there.
