Contribute FeedbackI found this place by accident wandering around during my last night in Palermo this summer. Wow, what a find! I have to say upfront that I only had two dishes. First, I had the pasta cacio e pepe. Words can't describe how good it was. The pasta was spaghetti alla chittara, which is like spaghetti but square. It was cooked perfectly al dente so it was toothsome and chewy but not undercooked. And the sauce was also perfect. This type of pasta is super simple with very few ingredients, so it's easy to get wrong, yet this place got it exactly right. My mouth just started watering as I wrote this last sentence. I also had a green salad, which was also simple with just lettuce and arugula. It was the perfect follow up to the pasta. So I only had those two dishes, but they made a huge impression on me and I will for sure go back there the next time I'm in Palermo.
