I stumbled upon Talè looking for somewhere with good WiFi/beer/wine to spend a few hours before boarding the ferry to Genoa. So glad I did. My host, Salvatore, was very welcoming and quickly sorted out both the wifi and an appropriate beverage. We soon got chatting and he was excellent company, speaking much better English than the 5 Italian words I know. It ticked all the boxes for me exactly what I was looking for and possibly the best free WiFi in Sicily. If you're in Palermo pop in and say hello and maybe stay for a coffee, beer, a wine or something to eat.
Only called in for coffee but it was the best! You should turn off Via Roma to find this pleasant square with this great little cafe! We will be back for sure.
