Serious restaurant with two tasting menus, one with meat, the other vegetarian, as well as a full a la carte menu. Very comprehensive wine list. Outstanding food and service. (As a side note, the owner of the restaurant is an Apple Computer super-fan who has literally built the restaurant (in a very romantic location into an Apple museum with some of the earliest Apple computers, pictures of Steve Jobs in the early days, etc. as an added item of interest. Highly recommended. We would definitely make this a priority on our next trip to Palermo.
