After we had tried, we almost went from our stay there every morning. the food tastes so good. they had several vegetarian options, and I loved the baked really with cheese and spinat. the cappuccino is amazing. the best I had in palermo. they should also try the pistachios drink (forget the right English name). it tastes amazing. also the staff is so friendly and helpful. because we could not speak Italian, the waiters always took us in and explained the different food options. we really recommend this place. it's a must when they're in palermo. they can also see the big cathedrale while they have their breakfast. they should be there approx. 9-9:30, because later it will really be crowded and they must stay close to getting a table.

Iris is a typical Sicilian pastry filled with ricotta and chocolate inside. You can choice between Iris oven or fry but those are the best in Palermo. Very recommended.
