Amazing place to eat! It is in a home and we were picked up by restaurant at our hotel in Mondello. The owner came by and was wonderful (forgot his name . The food was divine! Amazing food and highly recommend. He uses the best ingredients and had an amazing Negroni made with Berto Vermouth! Will come back and visit! View all feedback.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in Mondello and Palermo. Beautiful Villa on the slopes of Monte Pellegrino and the inner court around the pool. Elegantly fitted tables. Manager and very courteous and helpful staff. Extraordinary dishes, from the warm salad of calamaro cooked at low temperature with dry tomato, almonds, spinach, bottarga and zest of lime, to the cous cous (perhaps incocciatura should be improved) with so much fresh fish and a very sense and tasty broth. Extraordinary fish, oil and bread of their production and presserts and dessert. Wine and distillates of excellent quality
Define the restaurant would be reduced. you are greeted in a beautiful villa with pool by the owner. very prepared staff present but never intrusive. local attention on the excellence of raw materials. We ate fabulous dishes. the sublime polyp. . a crazy embryo..calamaro stuffed big and greedy. Sweets are amazing! frost probably the best I've ever eaten. another point in favor of the tranquility and peace of the place! Congratulations! absolutely recommended!
They were looking for a restaurant that had something more than the usual restaurant and alias did not disappoint us at all. lovely and refined location, everything demonstrates an extreme care for details, impeccable service. to all this, of course, follow the courses, each of them expresses the passion of the roberto chef, combinations that you would never expect but that they make you say “but it is delicious!” finish the desserts of eva, delicious and try all! we will also come back to get the winter menu. The Sunday menu offers typical Sicilian dishes. the zurites used in the kitchen are reisrcati and of excellent quality. the hospitality of eva and roberto turns a Sunday lunch into a warm invitation to the house of friends.
