Portofino - Palavas-les-Flots

I found the food was great,, the menu has a lot of variety and the service was very quick and thoughtful, the whole place inside and out has a lovely atmosphere, would definitely return to eat here again.

We were not expecting to find good pizza in France, but having tired of the big meals we had been eating on our tour, we stumbled across Portofino. People were eating pizza, and it looked authentic, so we decided to try it. We were glad we did! The pizza was very good, crispy thin crust, good sauce and toppings. Our waitress was charming, and spoke English well. Even my small salad was very good, beautiful fresh lettuce and good dressing. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Spent 10 days in the south of France and my family started to tire of seafood. The pizza was delicious and the cheese was outstanding. I also recommend the artichoke heart appetizer.

Nothing fancy but good food, good prices and the staff very helpful we recommend this place to couples and families.

Ate here based on trip adviser...a real pity the service was so bad as the food was excellent. Starter came after mains, had to order wine twice. Got ignored three times when trying to order desert...mains were excellent..Linguine fruit de mer was really really good. It was busy but services was a let down...
