The food was amazing es... read more I can’t express how amazing this restaurant was for us. We stayed in the Karma hotel for a week and spent 3-4 nights at this restaurant. The food was amazing especially the lasagne, mascarpone pizza and berry cheesecake! It was so reasonably priced and the staff was amazing. Our favourite waiter who gave the most unbelievable service would be Georgio. We hope to come back again!

The kitchen forgot about our order so we had to wait for 90 minutes watching everyone around us being served but instead of just owning up to the problem when w... read more The kitchen forgot about our order so we had to wait for 90 minutes watching everyone around us being served but instead of just owning up to the problem when we asked the waiter, we were blamed for a complicated order and we had to wait another 30 minutes. (2 pizzas, 1 pasta with tomato and a piece of lasagna). These things happen, but did feel that once they were aware of the problem, they did not respond as could be expected. Once the food did arrive it was fine. Nothing spectacular, but nothing wrong with it either. On the plus side, prices are reasonable and the ambience in the restaurant was great and the view over the Tuscany landscape stunning.
