As a result, I had to sit at the bar to order dinner and then ask for a takeout box. It felt unreasonable and very unwelcoming to customers. The bartender was relatively nice, but I ended up having to box my own plate of spaghetti to bring back to my room. You’d expect better service for hotel guests.

For $26, I expected mor... read more A bar in Pala suggested we check out this restaurant for some food. The menu is mainly Italian, but they offer a weekend burger special. For $26, I expected more, but the burger turned out to be the blandest I've ever had. My friend ordered pizza, and it was just okay. Overall, it seems that the food options in Pala are quite disappointing.

We ended up not ordering any food, but we had a few drinks at the bar, which is located right next to the concert entrance. We managed to find some lounge seating, but getting the bartender's attention was a bit challenging, and I wasn't particularly impressed with the bartenders themselves. I did have a couple of drinks, and they were decent. Overall, I don't have strong feelings—this place is simply average.

No one ever came to ask us what we wanted to order, no drinks or food not even water. We sat there waiting. The only thing that was brought to the table was bread and butter. Employees kept walking by looking at us but nothing, nothing at all. We sat there waiting for service for at least 30 minutes or longer and NOTHING. We walked out and hostess and manager standing there talking didn't even say anything. WORST service. We will NEVER go back to that restaurant. Horrible experience.

I explained that cold food meant it was sitting unattended.
