OMG here is a bomb! My favorite restaurant in Bagan. I've eaten twice here. Eat like a local, Burmese meal. Love the experience. Main dish is about 4,000-5,000 kyat and the supplement is 300-500kyat you pay for the dishes you eat. There are many locals. I would definitely recommend. They have a variety of Burmese dishes and juices. They will put all the dishes and side dishes and soup on the table as soon as you sit down. However, everything you touch is charged. A few years ago, side dishes and soup were free. Now, it's 300 kyats per side dish and the price for meat dishes varied. The soup is also 300 kyats. Most of the choices compared to other shops where they usually serve your 3000-6000 kyat and 6-12 types of dishes. Eating is spicier compared to other business. Please note and ask the owner which 1 you should avoid when you can eat sharply. There are 1 side dish, the ground bird eye chili. Be careful.

Very nice local food. Crowded but service was very efficient and fast. Many different dishes to sample.
Best Burmese restaurant you should try when you are visiting Bagan. So many variety of foods. Don't for get to try tamarind leaf salad.
