What User doesn't like about Cold Rock Ice Creamery Pakenham:
I came in to order an Ice Cream and was greeted by the manager verbally abusing and swearing at staff in front of customers. From what I could tell the staff had done nothing wrong and stayed professional (Unlike the bloke running it). Mind you these are youngsters working here. This was during lockdown and the manager also wasn't wearing a mask, nor could I find somewhere to sign my name. The Ice Cream is average. Y... View all feedback. *5 BIG STARS* I Ordered a Banana split through a delivery app. It arrived completely melted and sloppy so I made the drive down to show the owner photos of my order. He was very sorry to see what I had paid $18 with delivery for and gave me a replacement completely free of charge. Very kind of you sir thank you.
