Wendy's - Paintsville

Those new saucy nuggets are so good they'll make you forget that we're in a terrible recession. For a few hours anyway.

Wendy's in Paintsville KY. 6 people walked out because they didn't care, never once acknowledged customers standing inside waiting to have order taking. Guess they don't care if it goes under. THIS ATTITUDE is why Paintsville can never get good restaurants or businesses.

Poor attitude——6 people walked out left the restaurant and we did too, because no one acknowledged us or them in dining room waiting for our orders to be taken. You think big deal well it will be when you loose your job/payday cause it closed.

I went on my lunch break and I had to clean off my seat before I sat down. They gave me my food to go and I was eating inside after having to wait to get my order placed bc the worker was in the bathroom and finally a manager took my order for me. I also know that if you tell them that you don’t want salt on your fries then they will make fresh fries and you will have fresher fries that way, lol. They did get my order right though and they were really nice and friendly so other than waiting for my order to be placed it was good. I also bought a boo book which my nieces will get to enjoy!

My son, husband and I went here for a late night dinner. Everything was wrong. Down to my son’s plain burger. The nuggets tasted liked they were there for hours. It was freezing in the dining room. It was so cold that we physically couldn’t dine in and the bathroom had no toilet paper. It was all around a disappointment.
