Rude at the window. Made us park in the other lot area waiting on our food. No napkins. No spoons. When we walked back up to get said spoons and napkins they said to me “sorry. We’re just trying to eat “. Awful. Absolutely awful Then my husband comes back to the car with forks !!!! Not even spoons. Shame on on these workers who are demanding more money to be lazy.

He didn’t ask us what type of chicken we wanted (original recipe, extra crispy etc). The bathroom had a printed out sign that says no public restrooms when every KFC has them. When we did get our order home it was clearly old chicken that was reheated and not properly breaded, plus clearly they used old fryer oil.

My friend and I ordered a meal with a mix of white and dark meat along with two sides. When we got our food, we had to sit at a dirty table, and they gave us only dark meat instead of the mix we ordered. To make matters worse, there were no plastic spoons or forks available. We ended up waiting a long time for someone to help us, but the staff just chatted amongst themselves, ignoring us even when two employees looked right at me. We eventually decided to leave. I miss the KFC from two years ago, where the service was decent. I won’t be coming back here again.
