What makes this hotel authentic is the welcome from Jacques, the butler, simple and sincere. In the dining room, Natacha lights up the restaurant with her smile, helpful and always attentive. The classification of this hotel seems very presumptuous to me....even misleading. Outdated hotel, restaurant room sad to cry, cold, outdated decor. I avoid talking about what's on the plate, because everyone has their own tastes.... Unpleasant staff, especially at reception.
