My man and I were on the road for lamballe, and wanted to eat only a very light lunch, and since we both love paimpol, we decided that our lunch break. as the b... read more My man and I were on the road for lamballe, and wanted to eat only a very light lunch, and since we both love paimpol, we decided that our lunch break. as the board advertised outside the restaurants dinge like smoked salmon gravitalax, moule, etc. we... decided to go and sit in. they were obviously very busy, but we were welcomed and shown to a table. we had waited a little, but not surprisingly, given the number of people who enjoy lunch. our waitress could not have been more friendly or more efficient, but unfortunately the smoked salmongravalax was “out” like all the muscheln. this left salad, or the set menu, or utter. I chose to utter, my man decided not to have anything. the oysters were huge and tasty. I can't mistake the service, nor eat that I actually had, just a pity that at this time of the day (after 1.00 clock so much of the menu seemed unavailable.

The food was excellent and great for the children. It has been one of our most enjoyable eating experiences here although we...did have to wait some time to receive a menu between each course such that my husband went for 2 small walks with our 18 month old so he didn't get bored
