Bob's Dogs - Paia

We stumbled across this little hotdog stand in the overlook area above Ho'okipa Beach. The shave ice was good nothing fancy, but tasty and refreshing. My husband ordered a dog with no onions they're grilled fresh so it took a couple of minutes, but it was pretty good for a random hotdog stand!

Visited Ho'okipa Beach Park yesterday, and all the food trucks (including Bob's Hot Dogs) and souvenir merchants are gone from the lookout area. Was advised that Maui County updated it's bylaw in 2020 and evicted all the food and souvenir merchants. Bob served up one of the best hot dogs, and provided plenty of interesting conversation. Would like to know whether Bob's Hot Dogs is still in operation, and if yes, where he is now located. A trip to Maui is incomplete without having one of Bob's hot dogs!! Came to get a Bobs dog 2 days in a row and he’s not at the favorite spot anymore. Gonna miss you Bob. I’m here every year from Montreal Canada. I wish I knew where you’re situated now. Best darn hot dog you can get.

Best hotdog on Maui! It’s guarantied! I had the classic Chicago dog it was Awesome.

Went out to watch the wind surfers at hookipa overlook and discovered Bob's Dogs. Very good hot dog I had the classic Chicago dog will definitely go back. He has soda and shaved ice, no chips. Bob was fun to talk with and the dog hit the spot.
