Delicious! Great service. A little pricier for Pai (130 baht for curry and rice), but worth it.
My friend and I found this restaurant along Pai street only last night of our stay in Pai, which we tried a few others and were disappointed. However, Sugarcane was the jewel we found and were surprised by the quality of food authentic Thai taste and fresh ingredients. We had the pineapple frying that was one of the best we tried in Thailand, Papaya Salad, which she used first-class dried shrimps that have an additional taste (similar to Japanese Sakura shrimp), pork say that has super delicate and tasty, Tom Yum w chicken, that has this sharp kick! Even a simple dish of broccoli and shrimp was made very good! Everything here is great and the staff was very friendly! The owner even goes about the table that imagined and it was hearty to know that they are back in operation after 2.5 years of the time of Covid. You will never be disappointed, the quality of food in Sugarcane!
We went in and had a great dinner, the food tasted amazing! We had the Khao soi with crispy pork (small less crispy might even be tastier) and the first Thai dip from the menu. We also had the Goin Coconut smoothie, which was very well balanced and smoothed the spicy food. I can recommend this place!
Not good! We went here spontaneously when we arrived in Pai. We got or didn’t get greeted nicely. The waiter who saw us just looked at us and didn’t say hi. We didn’t feel welcome. We ordered stuff from the menu. It didn’t taste good at all. Very bad actually my menu option. My partners was okay. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
