The owner and the local Mäzen are as friendly as it gets. The vibe is chill and has the perfect retro feeling to make it complete retro tunes and videos. I was in Pai three nights and ended in C Bar 2 of them. If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy a drink with good company you will not be disappointed with C Bar.
