The food is... read more Customer service was horrible. I don’t know who the woman is that works the front at the cash register but she has poor service as well as manners. The food is good but based on the service I received, it gets one star. I put in an order at 11:30am so that I can be on time for my lunch break at 12pm. Mind you, I ordered it through DoorDash and a driver didn’t show up to pick it up, so I took it upon myself to go and get it. I was denied my own food that was paid for and was told to wait on a door dash driver that hasn’t arrived for almost an 45 mins to a hour. Then I was told to give DoorDash a call in a disrespectful manner while still being denied my food.

This restauran... read more Moe, the guy that works the morning shift at the front is amazing! His customer service is 10/10! I recommend everyone to order at this location! This restaurant is very clean , fast, and professional. I basically tried everything on the menu because I’ve been going there for years!!! I always come out leaving happpy and satisfied! Thank you Moe for great customer service and great quality food! My family and I will always be coming back.

We visited on Sunday evening, and when my dad asked if he could use the restroom, she smirked at him. After placing our order through the kiosk, she told us to pull forward, so we assumed everything was fine. However, when we reached the pickup window, she informed us (in a condescending manner) that our order hadn’t gone through. She suggested we go through the line again, but it seemed like she just didn’t want to serve us. I’m not sure where she came from or what her issue is, but this level of service is unexpected from what we’re used to in West Palm Beach. The manager really needs to address this issue.
