Town Center Cafe - Pahokee

It's Taco Tuesday, so I had to try the fish Tacos. I was pleasantly surprised with the appearance when I opened the container. Three tacos looked pretty. Very simple, salad tomato on the top of the corneal battery fish. Each piece of fish was a reasonable size for the taco. The fish was delicious tender and juicy. The whole thing was with a very mildly seasoned sauce, which was a very nice touch. It only added enough Zing. The price was very reasonable. I'd go back.

Had the wings and sweet pommes! Wings have great taste, best in town! Have breakfast here too! I love it!

I must say that it had fish taste and it grottos with cheese was delicious. Topped by with slices of toast on the side. Hmmm in my belly: Overall, it is clean inside and there employees treat you with love. Thanks guys for a great service and a delicious food.

I am so glad this establishment is here. I was doing a bike ride through the area and was completely famished. What a joy to see a new, clean, and busy diner. Now perhaps hunger made my food taste remarkable, however I suspect that if I had visited here via car my impression would be the same. I had the veggie panini and sweet potato fries. So good! Coffee was good, and blessedly, the water also tasted good too. Water is life as the saying goes and to have an ice cold filtered cup of water is a rare treat in the rural South. I will be back here for sure!

Good folks, good food, and near great views of Lake Okeechobee. Definitely recommend stopping by for down home southern cooking.
