What Anna Paulino doesn't like about Neon Mallard:
Immediately chastised for moving chairs and then given backless ottomans to sit on. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take an order. Drinks arrived 2 at a time over the next 20 minutes as others who sat at the bar received their drinks Immediately. Bill was presented before the last 2 drinks arrived. After 35 minutes, we canceled the last drink so we could leave. Bar never was full so no reason for bad service. View all feedback.
Staff was wonderful! Super kind, attentive and accommodating. The bar itself has an awesome vibe with different themed rooms. Drinks were delicious, as were the desserts. Nice outdoor seating with a fire pit available. Can?t wait to go back!

What a wonderful gem in such a cute town. This bar has an eclectic menu with a lot of staples as well. Del our bartender was excellent. Best Paper Plane I have ever had. Seriously. Prices are reasonable considering the quality. It is a mixologist bar.No doubt. Ambiance is low lighting with great antiques. Super clean. People were very nice. Go!
I cannot rate this bar high enough! We're from the Denver area and we're visiting Pagosa springs, a friend had suggested this gem, I'm so glad they did! It's so up my alley, vintage, goth, revival, very dark and beautifully moody, with Rich gem tones andamazing kitchy art all over the walls! You'll definitely want to explore the different rooms And then: there is the damncocktails!!!! I give them 11 Stars!!! Glad it was within walking distance of our hotel. Everything we tried was amazing!!!Particularly liked the Shogun old fashioned! The bartending staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. And the waitresses werealso fantastic! I do believe this is hand's down my favorite bar I've ever been in!!! I also think I would go back to Pagosasprings just to go to this bar; which is saying a lot because the drive is about five and a half hours from where I live; justto visit this incredible bar!
I was surprised to find a cocktail bar in Pagosa, especially one this good. It's a small place with a very cozy atmosphere. Eight(ish) seats at the bar, with a lot of lounge type seating with love seats, couches, etc. The bar tenders can make prettymuch anything you ask for, are very knowledgeable, and had a great signature cocktail menu when I was there.
