Fortunately, Jackson Street turned things around with their friendly and prompt service. They genuinely apologized for the errors made by the other location, which were not their responsibility. Jackson Street has truly earned my loyalty. Sadly, I can’t bring myself to visit Lone-Eichen again, even though I live right next door and enjoy KFC. I’d rather drive across the city than set foot in that place again.

When I agreed to wait, a woman joined the call and said they didn't have any chicken available at the restaurant. I’ve never experienced a KFC running out of chicken before!
