I learn that convenientity is not always best!

On several occasions, I’ve received rude treatment... read more This Paducah Southside location has some of the rudest employees and the worst service I’ve ever encountered. On several occasions, I’ve received rude treatment. Today, I went through their drive-thru just before 4 PM, and a woman’s voice came over the speaker, but it wasn’t clear enough to understand. Assuming she was asking for my order, I started to place it. Suddenly, she harshly interrupted and shouted, “I'M GONNA NEED YOU TO WAIT,” much louder than before. I responded, “I’m sorry, I couldn’t understand what you said.” Frustrated, I drove away without ordering anything. I would have been happy to wait, but not in response to that unnecessary attitude. I can find friendlier service elsewhere, and that’s exactly where I went. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training.
