The young man who delivered our food to the parking lot had blonde hair. He handed me our order and kindly asked me to check that everything was there because he sometimes makes mistakes. I checked, and everything was complete. I really appreciated how friendly and courteous he was, making sure everything was correct before we left. Thank you, young man!

The person who took my order was unfriendly, and when I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my food, I realized that several items were missing. Furthermore, my napkins were crumpled and stuffed into the bag. Overall, I was not impressed.

I keep hoping for a better experience, but each time I visit, the service is poor, and the drive-thru wait is absurdly long. Even after the long wait, the food tastes old, as if it's been sitting around for a while. I also want to thank the manager with the gold tooth who refused to issue a refund. Overall, it was not a great experience.
