They carefully select cured meats, cheeses, and jams. The meat is spectacular. Try it to believe it. The owners and their staff are always welcoming and kind. I've watched this restaurant grow, and I must say that each time they offer increasingly sophisticated and authentic cuisine. The quality/price ratio is almost too good. They could easily ask for more for what's on offer during a dinner, but instead they remain humble, allowing you to enjoy a UNIQUE culinary experience from appetizers to dessert. Keep up the good work and you'll have great, well-deserved satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
