Location: simple and clean restaurant hosting also a small shop for special food (e.g. high quality Panettoni during Xmas perios). View on the kitchen through windows from the main room. This place is made as a traditional place that serves only local food. There were many vegan options: starters, firsts, seconds, all the sides were vegan and desserts. I got vegan vegetable pasta, which was good but they also put pumpkin seeds in it and I didn’t really liked the contrast between soft and crunchy. The ambiance and service was superb. We ordered the eggplant that was stuffed with zucchini and cubes of tofu in a tomato sauce. For a restaurant that offers creative omnivore dishes, we felt that the cubes of tofu were a bit of a cop-out, i.e., vegan tofu. Tofu doesn't have a flavor of its own, so something like chickpeas or a grain or even another tasty vegetable would have been preferable to so much tofu. The dish was fine but nothing exciting. We had a side dish of grilled vegetables which were nicely prepared. The different breads in the bread basket were lovely.

We had burgers and they were very good. wide choice of beers and wines. the price maybe a little high.
Very interesting location. divides the spaces between restaurant and grocery store. always with the gourmet spirit. dishes of the Venetian tradition revisited and prepared with style. but sometimes too revisited. Big burgers. a nice place to spend a nice evening with you
