Truly phenomenal. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The menu is well-curated, and I also appreciated the kindness of the staff. The bun is particularly noteworthy; I've rarely found such good ones in Italy. Well done guys! The only downside, if I may say so, is the lack of seating (just a couple of tables), which is a takeout service. I sincerely hope you'll add more tables in the future, so we can come and try this delicacy with friends.
