What Pinco Pallino doesn't like about By:
Let me start by saying that they took me there, but I thought it was a bar. Not à la carte menu so you don't know what the prices of the dishes are, in fact 12 euros for a liter of wine on tap is madness, as if it were champagne, wine from the cellar that you get in bulk for 2 euros maximum 3.
