I really really really wanted do like this place but I felt the food was just okay. The problem were the pupusas were very hard and the chorizo one was very salty. The cheese and flower one was also very hard and tough to chew. The $17 meal came with these two pupusas and really not flavorful red beans and rice that I ended up not eating because it was just blah. The fried bananas were okay but overall after tax and everything I felt this was a very expensive and lackluster meal. I feel that the pupusas in the mission tasted a lot better and at half the price.

We really wanted to love this place. Have come about 3-4 times for pupusas. Their pupusas are pretty thin. They barely filled them up. It feels like you are eating a tortilla with a sprinkling of ingredients. It's somewhat upsetting to get filled with dough only. If you want really good pupusas, San Bruno has a good place near Lovely Bump, San Mateo's House of Pancakes also and of course in San Francisco you will find better options, like Balompie. Pupusas are supposed to be filled and these ones disappoint time and time again. We really wanted to put money back into town, but not worth it to feel each time short changed. The fried plantains were not really good either. I prefer them not to be served almost green and barely fried properly. They are supposed to be sweet and crispy on the edges.

Nice small restaurant space located near the Pacifica pier. We strolled in just before closing and the employee gave a suggestion to try the pupusa combo...so glad we did! Chicharon and cheese pupusa were really tasty, along with the coleslaw and salsa toppings. I'm a s for fried plantains too, nice and sweet. Definitely will be back for carryout again, nice gem for Pacifica!

There pupusas we're just ok, not generously filled and very mildly seasoned to where you couldn't really taste it, the curtido was watery and had very little flavor to it. I also prefer my maduros fried with crispy edges which theirs was missing. Overall it was pretty underwhelming and the prices high for what you're getting and eating with plastic utensils. Their menu could have more options too, I really just wanted a pupusa with some casamiento but they only had large combos available.

Really wanted to like this place.. but the 2 pieces of hair in my food diminished that idea. I visited for the first time a couple of weekends ago. I ordered the combo plate. As I was eating I noticed a hair in the pickled garnish and cooked into my pupusa def not my hair. It took a while maybe 30 mins, as pupusas are made to order. A lot of people picked up as they phoned in their order ahead of time. I saw this place from TikTok daafambam), and on Facebook. It's cool that it's close and in Pacifica. But I'd rather patronize my San Francisco Pupusarias at the cost of no hair in my food. :
